You’ve spent the majority of your adult life going through routines, raising babies (fur babies count!) and working on achieving external success.

You’ve built a career. You’ve bought the house. Your kids are finally at a place where they aren’t as dependant on you. (Hello, sleep!) The list goes on and on.

The mundane routine of work, dinner, kids, bed, rinse and repeat, is no longer as gripping on your life as it used to be — which is great! Or well, it would be, except that throughout the “build and survive” phase of life, you forgot to nurture arguably the most important relationship of all — the one with yourself.

Sure, the possibilities of this new phase of life can feel exciting, but it can also feel daunting when you’re left wondering who you are and what brings you challenge and joy?

➝ What brings you that child-like joy and wonder and when is the last time you felt it?

➝ How does a forty-something year-old adult make new friends — specifically friends that you can relate to on levels beyond kids and work?

➝ Where does one begin to explore new hobbies or passions that challenge you to grow and push beyond the day-to-day comfort levels you’ve held onto for so long?

It’s hard, isn’t it?!

These new phases of life present so much opportunity for growth, but alongside that opportunity comes many challenges. And challenges? Well, we’re not so good at those, are we?

We want to be good at things and the idea of failure holds us back from trying in the first place. Instead of taking on challenges that help us grow, we stick with routines that are comfortable — routines that we know we can successfully accomplish… routines that ultimately end up draining us further instead of fostering growth and personal connection.

We’re four months into the year 2022 and Goddess, if you haven’t already stepped out of your comfort zone and pursued an awakening of your authentic self — what are you waiting for?

If you’re waiting for someone to tell you it’s time — we’re that someone.

If you’re waiting for a nudge from the universe to push you out of your comfort zone — consider this that nudge.

Make the commitment to yourself! Sign up for the RGF class that you’ve been wanting to start but just never had the time for. Work on connecting deeper within yourself and, if we know anything (which, spoiler alert: we know lots 😅) you’ll not only find a deeper confidence and love for yourself, you’ll also find an entire community of women going through the same experiences and journey as you’re currently on.

We hope to see you in class soon!
