What should I bring to class and what should I wear?2022-11-11T23:17:14+00:00
  • Staying hydrated is important! Make sure to bring a water bottle with you.
  • Jewelry should not be worn in any of our classes as it can cause damage to the equipment or cause injury to you.
  • Avoid using any lotion prior to class as it can impact your grip.
  • For pole classes, wear whatever you’re comfortable being active in (leggings and a t-shirt or tank top are great). As you progress in your journey, you may want to begin wearing shorts to class to allow for better grip. In addition, bring a yoga mat with you for the warm-up and floorwork.
  • For aerial hammock classes, wear leggings or pants that cover behind the knees as well as a shirt with sleeves of some kind to protect your underarms. Avoid any clothing with zippers (they can get caught on the fabric).
  • For aerial hoop classes, wear leggings or pants that cover behind the knees. Leg warmers are recommended for added cushion behind the knees.

What is the cancellation policy?2022-11-20T18:43:52+00:00

We know you’re a busy Goddess. That’s why our class schedule is designed to give you ultimate flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for you.

However, if you need to cancel a class reservation, you may do so up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class and retain your class credit. If you do not show up to class (no show) or cancel within 12 hours prior to the start of class, you may lose your class credit and/or incur a fee.

If you’re in a Foundations Series and need to miss a class, simply give us advance notice and we’ll do our best to schedule you into a make up Foundations class within the same series! Make up classes are subject to availability and can only be scheduled after the series has started. In the event you need to reschedule to a future Foundations Series, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Workshops require a 24 hour notice in order to cancel and retain your credit for future use.

How early should I arrive for class?2022-11-11T22:51:52+00:00

We kindly ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class. Our 5 minute grace period is for those moments when life gets in the way. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we cannot permit you into class. A proper warm-up is crucial to staying injury-free and a distraction-free environment ensures a great class experience for all of our members and guests.

Do you offer classes for kids and teens?2022-11-20T18:45:02+00:00

All of our pole dance, aerial hammock, and aerial hoop classes are currently open only to adults 18+.

However, we do offer private aerial parties for kids and teens! Learn more here.
