What inspires you?

Beautiful things inspire me.  Forms of dance, art, movements all inspire me!  Seeing these things makes me want to try them out, figure out how they are done, pushes me to do things I may not have known I could do or do anymore!

What brought you to RGF?

I started static trapeze about 7 years ago.  It didn’t last long, it was hard to get to and life got in the way.  I always wanted to go back, but couldn’t find anywhere local to go.  Then I saw a post for RGF and the heavens opened up and sang!  My youngest child is older now and it was time for me!  It took some time to get the nerve to come, but once I did I felt so at home! I love this studio, I love the people at this studio.  It’s fun, comfortable, non-judgmental and I couldn’t ask for a more perfect place to get to do what I love to do.  I couldn’t be more thankful for this space and all these wonderful people.

What do you enjoy doing outside of the studio?

I spend a lot of time with my youngest daughter and all her activities.  I love cheering her on, I am her biggest fan of course!  The rest of my time I love to craft, I love to create neat things that may bring joy to others.

What is your favorite thing about pole/aerial dance?

I love how beautiful aerial dancing is, I love the strength that it takes to do it with such grace.  I get to open up another side of me and just let go, which isn’t easy for me, but I’m getting there.
