Tell us something about yourself! What do you do outside of RGF?

My day job is Visual Merchandising for IKEA. It’s fun and creative, just like RGF!

What brought you to RGF?

I danced through high school and college and wanted to get back to that. I thought pole would be a new way to explore similar movements. I had no idea I would fall in love with lyra and hammocks too!

What is your spirit animal and why?

I would say a koala, haha. They’re cuddly vegetarians that love to sleep and hang around upside down  🙃

What advice do you have for someone just starting their aerial journey?

Celebrate every little victory! From doing one more rep, to finally nailing a hard trick, you won’t believe how fast you progress.
