All pole dance classes are 60 minutes in length.
Due to the progressive nature of these classes, new students may only be permitted in our Pole Dance Foundations classes, unless you have received an evaluation for placement in a higher tier. If you are new to Rising Goddess and would like to try Pole Fitness, enroll in one of our Foundations classes by purchasing our New Student Special!
Class Attire: We recommend wearing dance leggings or shorts and a tank top to allow for the best grip on the pole. Class is held barefoot.
