What should I bring to class and what should I wear?
Staying hydrated is important! Make sure to bring a water bottle with you.
Jewelry should not be worn in any of our classes as it can cause damage to the equipment or cause injury to you.
Avoid using any lotion prior to class as it can impact your grip.
For pole classes, wear whatever you’re comfortable being active in (leggings and a t-shirt or tank top are great). As you progress in your journey, you may want to begin wearing shorts to class to allow for better grip. In addition, bring a yoga mat with you for the warm-up and floorwork.
For aerial hammock classes, wear leggings or pants that cover behind the knees as well as a shirt with sleeves of some kind to protect your underarms. Avoid any clothing with zippers (they can get caught on the fabric).
For aerial hoop classes, wear leggings or pants that cover behind the knees. Leg warmers are recommended for added cushion behind the knees.
