Pole & Aerial Fitness Classes:

Aerial Hammock (Sling)

If you have never experienced the exhilaration and excitement of dancing with the use of an Aerial Hammock, also known as an Aerial Sling, you are in for a treat! This class extends beyond a typical anti-gravity class to include the element of dance combined with aerial maneuvers. Start your new journey with an “Intro to Aerial Hammock” class or move right in to one of our “Tier 1 Aerial Hammock” classes. We’ll introduce you to this playful apparatus by focusing on basic aerial technique, tricks & combinations that will leave you in awe of your body’s capabilities!

Pole Fitness Classes

Pole Fitness

Get ready to become obsessed with your new favorite workout! Begin your adventure with our “Intro to Pole Class” or jump right in to one of our “Tier 1 Pole Fitness” classes. Either way, your new adventure will begin in a class filled with excited beginners, just like you! We’ll focus on learning the fundamentals of pole fitness, including basic pole holds, body positioning, beginner dance sequences, foundation level pole spins, and elegant accents. Sculpt your body, improve your coordination and reestablish the connection between your mind and body in a warm, inviting and encouraging environment!

Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop (Lyra)

The Aerial Hoop, also known as a Lyra, is a classic aerial apparatus that allows students to experience a mix of beautiful, graceful movement combined with strength-based maneuvers. Designed for the true beginner, our “Intro to Aerial Hoop” and “Tier 1 Aerial Hoop” classes focus on becoming familiar with a variety of basic tricks and poses while learning to dance in and around this elegant apparatus.

Cross Training Classes:

Aerial Yoga Sculpt

Experience our special blend of Aerial Yoga mixed with strength and flexibility conditioning! We will work on full body awareness, breath, balance, coordination and building strength through the use of a low-hanging Aerial Hammock. This class will challenge students of all practice levels and is open to everyone from beginner to advanced. Modifications will be provided as needed. Aerial Yoga Sculpt is a non-impact, safe, and effective form of exercise that allows you to feel weightless and free.

Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you BECOME the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!

Bollyx + Stretch

BollyX is a Bollywood inspired dance-fitness group exercise program. This fast-paced class is a dance session that inspires you to smile and move like a Bollywood star while getting a great cardiovascular workout! As an extra bonus, the last 10 minutes of class will be spent stretching out your warm muscles. The instructor will focus on a different area of the body to stretch every week.

Hoop Fitness

Hoop Fitness

Hooping tones muscles, increases stamina, sheds pounds, improves coordination, increases flexibility, and reduces stress all while making working out feel like fun! Open your body up to creative expression, movement, and joy from within the hoop. Watch your waistline shrink, your confidence soar, and allow your playful side to emerge with our Hoop Fitness class! Modifications are available to accommodate any level student, from beginners to the advanced.

Around the Bend

For beginners and more advanced students alike, this stretch class will explore all of the different ways to get your body bendy and flexy from your head to your toes. Each class will explore dynamic and static stretches as well as strength training to help support your new bendy self. You will leave feeling loosey goosey and with the knowledge to continue training safely at home.

Dance Roulette

This off-apparatus dance class is for non-dancers and has an element of surprise to it, as the theme will be announced when you show up for class! Your instructor will mix things up every couple of weeks and will utilize short routines to help with body awareness and fluidity. Experience different styles of dance including Contemporary, Jazz, Chair, Hip Hop and Twerk.

Come with an open mind and get ready to expand your dance vocabulary!

Raise the Barre

Experience a barre-based work-out that includes ballet, yoga, and pilates all fused into one amazing class! This class will have a deep emphasis on pilates with a focus on core strength, lower body conditioning, and general healthy alignment and posture.

The barre will be used as a prop as you work each muscle group to the point of fatigue followed by stretching which will improve active flexibility as a great cross training opportunity!
