Hula hooping tones muscles, increases stamina, sheds pounds, improves coordination, increases flexibility, and reduces stress—all while making working out feel like fun! Open your body up to creative expression, movement and joy from within the hoop. Watch your waistline shrink, your confidence soar, and allow your playful side to emerge during our Hula Hoop Fitness classes.

Learn the fundamentals of Hoop dance while integrating tricks and burn 400-600 calories per hour as we incorporate multiple sets and reps to achieve your fitness goals. We will be covering waist hooping, hand hooping, lifts, and transitional accents. Hooping will empower and challenge you to lead a healthier, more active lifestyle. Modifications are available to accommodate any level student, from beginners to the advanced.

Attire: Typical workout gear, such as shorts, leggings, tank tops, or t-shirt are appropriate. Class is held barefoot or in socks.

Duration: 50 Minutes

Pricing: $22.00 for one-time class or $21.00 per class with a five-class package (expires 3 months from purchase).

Registration is required to attend class. Any cancellation occurring within 18 hours of a class start time, including no-shows, will not receive a refund.
