About our Foundations Classes:
At least one Foundations class must be taken on an apparatus before entering a Tier 1 class. However, it is highly recommended that students take at least two to four Foundations classes on an apparatus before moving up. Please note that Tier 1 classes are reserved for members only. If you’d like to commit to membership to access these classes prior to the end of your New Student package, let us know — we have options for you!
